If your feet are always cold, it could be a symptom of one of these five conditions. I'll list them here.

Hypothyroidism. This occurs when the thyroid does not produce enough thyroid hormones, and it promotes weight gain.

Anemia. A lack of hemoglobin in the blood can cause cold feet, along with a feeling of dizziness, paleness, chest pain, and shortness of breath.

Fibromyalgia. This is a disease that causes muscle pain and fatigue. In addition to cold feet, it can also cause a tingling or numbness sensation.

Atherosclerosis. Cholesterol in the arteries causes them to narrow, reducing the amount of blood reaching the lower extremities.

If this symptom is frequent, consult a doctor before attempting to warm your feet for a general checkup and to rule out the presence of any of the conditions listed above.
