Stick out your tongue and try to touch it to the tip of your nose. Repeat for a minute or two.
2. Jaw thrust
Turn your head to one side and stick your jaw out slightly. Hold the position for a few seconds, then relax your jaw. Then turn your head to the other side and repeat.
3. Mouth Stretch
Open your mouth as wide as you can. Close your mouth slowly while pushing your jaw out at the same time. Let your mouth and jaw relax before repeating a few more times.
