Please Help Me! I Just Bought Eggs… But I Can’t Boil Them Properly

This part is very important.
Most people remove the eggs too early, which is why the inside stays runny or sticky.
But the biggest secret comes after boiling…
Immediately place the eggs into very cold water or ice water for a few minutes. This stops the cooking process and helps the shell come off much easier.
Another thing many people don’t know:
Very fresh eggs are actually harder to peel after boiling. Eggs that are a few days older usually peel much better.
It sounds simple, but these little details completely changed my results.
Now my eggs finally come out perfect instead of turning into a sticky disaster
Did anyone else struggle with this before… or is it just me?
