In recent years, Korean culture has captivated us through its TV series and music, as well as its beauty and skincare routines. But there's something else that has come to us from Korea and is enjoying enormous success: their workout routines.
Below, we suggest a routine consisting of 6 exercises aimed at eliminating belly fat, for which you only need a wall and your own body weight.

1. Wall Squat
From a standing position, about 40 centimeters away from the wall, bend over, resting your back against the wall. Place your hands behind your head.
Bend your knees until they are at a 90-degree angle and face forward. Tighten your abdominal muscles and hold this position for a few seconds, before returning to the starting position.
2. Climber
Start from a pushup position, with your legs against the wall to form a horizontal line with your body.
Bring your knees toward your chest, alternating. Try to go as fast as possible.
3. Push-up
From a standing position, a few inches away from the wall, rest your arms on it.
Slowly lower your torso and return to the starting position. Aim for 15 repetitions.
